Can i run office 2010 on windows xp professional

I cannot install OFFICE 2010 x32 into Win XP SP3 . I have tried so many solutions (with lots of steps ) from Internet and none of them works. Every time I try to run setup it take for ever to launch it and then after 12-15 min I get same error :" D:\Setup.exe is not a valid win32 application".

Hi Windy,

Let’s manually uninstall Office 2010 by following the section ’Remove Office 2010 manually’ from the following article this will remove all the installed components of Office 2010 from the computer.

Note:

· Before uninstalling Office 2010 ensure that you have the installation source and the product key to reinstall Office.

Once the uninstallation is completed, you may start the computer in clean boot mode this would disable all the non-worldlinks.edu.vn applications and the antivirus which could be one of the reason for the error.
